2.  Design - â€‹Changes can be made at all phases of the design process.

  • Retrieve Field Data

    • I come to measure your existing space and terrain with the aid of a drone

    • If available, I access the architectural plans and survey for your property

  • General Layout Sketch

    • A “to scale” pencil sketch that allows us to quickly make changes and get on the same page regarding the desired layout, style, and use of space.

    • All the features, ground covers, hardscapes, fences, etc. are labeled and have an example photo.

  • Virtual Video Tour

    • As you virtually move through your property mature plants, specific material types, accurate shade locations and exterior lighting allow you experience the look and feel of your new design.

  • Landscape Construction Plans

    • 2D, detailed, builder ready plans that have all the visuals and figures needed to make for smooth build process.

    • You can quickly and easily get multiple bids so you can compare apples to apples and get the right contractor for the job.

      • Plant Plan - highlight locations and tabulates counts for all plant species

      • Material Plan -  include all key measurements needed to execute the layout of the build.  Labels all material types and locations.  Provides a list of material amounts in square footage, counts, face footage ect.

  • 3D Renderings

    • 3D images from all key angles allow you to stand in a physical location and look at what the future has in store for you.

  • Plant and Materials Glossary

    • Photo examples allow you to see exactly what your plant and materials will look like.

  • Final Payment

    • Changes can be made at all phases of the design process.  Once you are totally satisfied with your  Completed Design Folder, I’ll send an invoice via Quickbooks or you can pay by check.

3.  Build

  • Final Plan In Print

  • Connect You With Contractor

    • Two contractors have been building most of my designs over the years.  They are fantastic.  I will send an email that includes the Completed Design Folder introducing you to each other.

    • I will be available to answer questions before and during the build and for years to come.  Please don’t hesitate to ask me anything.

      • Politi Landscape Construction  - My favorite strength of theirs among many is their immense plant and irrigation knowledge and execution.

      • Cortes Landscape Yard Service – Does not need a web presence because they have been building in the Gorge for over a decade and get so much business from word of mouth.  My favorite strength of theirs among many is their expertise with hardscapes and large boulder rock wall.  Their large collection of heavy machinery makes them very efficient.

  • Live a great life in your favorite space at your house
